The bases of our charges for acting in any such matter will be £250.00 +VAT per hour. As every case vary depending upon the nature of the issues involved it is difficult to provide general guidance to the overall costs of dealing with the case.
Information regarding the matter would be obtained from you at our initial meeting with an initial estimate then being provided for overall costs and confirmed to you in writing prior to you formally instructing us to act on your behalf.
